Key Features of your Workspace
Here are some of the key features of your Workspace. More details on all the features, including how to use them, will be all in your Workspace.
Dashboard
Your Dashboard will be the first page you will see when you log in. From here, you can navigate to get a snapshot of all your projects and billing and go to your information pages, including a shortcut to your Getting Started page. You will find important news and announcements on this page.
Calendar
My Calendar gives you an overview of your scheduled projects, events, appointments, and tasks. You can choose between different calendar views, select filtering options and set up reminders and notifications.
Projects
Your Projects area is where you can view a list of your projects and quickly drill down to an individual project dashboard for detailed information and the status of your project. Your projects area is also where you can quickly create a work request to start a project.
Office
Your Office is the administration area where you can view all your estimates, invoices, payments, and related documents. Here is also where you can access your billing dashboard to see everything associated with your billing all in one place.
File Sharing
Your Files module is where you can view and upload all your files. Your files will be in folders such as shared file folders and project folders.
Secure Messaging
You can communicate with a messaging system similar to email but contained securely within your Workspace. This system protects the privacy of your messages and helps ensure compliance with HIPPA and other privacy frameworks.

Easily install on your Android or IOS device, and you can access and use all the features of your Workspace right from your phone. Instructions for installation will be in your Workspace.
